Is there a minimum number of seats?
No hard minimum — we work with everyone from a single class to hundreds of users. Pricing depends on size and term.
How do you handle data privacy and GDPR?
We operate from the EU, process all data in GDPR compliance, and sign a Data Processing Agreement on request. We do not sell data or run ad tracking.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer with invoice, credit card, or purchase order. We support yearly and multi-year billing for organizations.
Can we import our own materials?
Yes. You can upload PDFs, books and your own text content. It stays inside your organization's workspace.
Which languages are supported?
The interface and AI currently support English, Czech, Spanish and German. More languages can be added on request.
What happens when a user leaves?
Admins can reassign or remove seats any time. Leaving users can export their personal content, and the seat becomes available to someone else.
